- 125g de beurre ramolli
- 125g de sucre en poudre (100 g pour moi)
- 3 œufs
- zeste et le jus d’une orange
- 125g de farine
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
- glaçage :
- ½ orange
- 150g de sucre glace ( j’ai utilisé beaucoup moins de sucre, j’ai obtenu plus un sirop ce qui à rendu le gâteau plus moelleux)
