Fun fact: the term 'koiliakos' was coined about 2,000 years ago by the Greek physician Aretaeus to describe "suffering of the bowels", the word eventually became "celiac". Gluten-free diets are just for people with Celiac Disease! . .  I myself am gluten intolerant, which means that I present with the some of the signs and symptoms, but do not test positive for the specific markers of the disease.
