Here is the PUSH Circuit Workout. DO THIS!!! I promise this workout will leave you feeling pretty awesome about yourself. All you need is Dumbbells and a timer. So this can be done at home too. Do the Shoulder Circuit, then the Tricep circuit and then the Chest circuit. REPEAT the thing 2 more times. This workout is killer if you get after it! Loved it, a new favorite! ENJOY!!!
