20 October 1966 ~ Chicago Police Officer John Lutz examines weapons found by teachers at the Juliette Low upper grade elementary school during a 6 month period. Teachers were instructed by the Principal to watch for weapons the students might bring in. These were recovered during that period. They included 4 zip-guns, 7 cap pistols converted to fire .38 caliber bullets and were found in lockers, washrooms and other hiding places.
