Shawarma Mini Series Part 4 - Halal Guys Style Shawarma Rice Bowl 🍚

Recipe
Yellow Rice
1½ cups white basmati rice
2¼ cups chicken broth
1 tbsp butter 
½ tsp turmeric 
¼ tsp mixed herbs 
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf 

• Wash the rice till the water runs clear then soak in water for 30 minutes 
• In a pan add butter, wahsed rice and saute well
• Then all your broth, spices and bay leaf. Bring this to a boil
• Then turn the heat low, cover & cook the rice for 10 minutes 
• Turn off the heat but keep covered for 5 to 7 minutes 

White sauce
Garlic sauce (shared in Shawarma Part 2 reel)
Black pepper 
Parsley chopped
Water 

• Mix all the ingredients & make a thin sauce
