I’ve never made tapioca pudding before and always loved it as a kid. This homemade version of one of the most popular treats from the Down to Earth Deli is a snap to make. This light but luxurious goodie is great to help you cool down on a hot day. Not too sweet so you can enjoy as a snack, dessert, or even breakfast. It's definitely a great dessert to have here in Hawaii.
