I know, this totally has nothing to do with Christmas, but is still something I wanted to share. My daughter Mallory ran Cross Country this past fall and we celebrated the season with a banquet. One of the other creative moms came up with is awesome cake! She purchased 2 sheet cakes, undecorated, and embellished them on her own.
