This was built to use at the local school instead of a traditional dunk tank. You hit the target, it moves the arm and punctures a balloon in the basket with a pointed spike. The water comes down on the person sitting in the chair. You can also use flour, slime, confetti, etc in the balloons. You can even use it indoors if you put the chair in a kiddie pool.
