Made by Victoria Distillers, the Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a 2016 collaboration between the distillery and Victoria’s Fairmont Empress Hotel.

Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, and garnish with fresh or dehydrated lime and fresh mint.
