Galaktoboureko is a classic Greek dessert that is made with a creamy semolina custard that is wrapped in layers of buttery phyllo and drenched in aromatic syrup. Galatia Pamboridis on Instagram: "Imeruli Khachapuri - Georgian cheese pies. I have wanted to try out this recipe for quite some time. I am so glad I did! These pies are out of this world delicious. First I went to @alphamegacy and purchased a variety of their grated cheeses in order to figure out the best combination for this recipe. “Khachapuri” filling is traditionally made with 2 Georgian cheeses, “imeruli” and “sulguni”. After several tries and research, I have decided that the best combination would be mozzarella, feta and some kefalotyri for saltiness. They came out DELICIOUS! Give this recipe a try. You will love it.
 
Ingredients for the dough:
500 grams bread (strong) flour
1 ½ tsp dry yeast
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup (250 ml) milk, lukewarm
½ cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil
