Love neutrals and an accent walk to make the space stand out!

This is my first babies nursery. I wanted to do a modern safari theme. My goal was to make it gender neutral, although she is a girl, so I did add floral for her crib sheet. I chose the dark green accent wall because it always seemed so beautiful to me in pictures. I’m so glad I went with the bold color. My advice would be to go with your gut, and do the nursery you want for your baby! It makes it so much more special and meaningful when you see all of your ideas come to life.

As a professional commercial interior designer, I love mixing different textures and styles to create my own masterpiece. Anytime I get the opportunity to do residential projects, I get excited! For my little girl, I wanted to design something neutrally colored that she could grow into. The sage green accent wall added a touch of color to a predominantly neutral nursery. The various textures and patterns balanced out the overall aesthetic.
