There are two important factors here-  The thickness of each layer and the timing between them (has to be less than 2min, otherwise too much pinholing might happen).   The bad news is - you get rather inconsistent results if your thickness varies. No matter how hard I try I can’t stop myself from procrastinating and taking photographs like this. Assembled pots in greens, blues and greys, vessels compiled over the past two years, from which I pick and choose pieces from for shop restocks and exhibitions. What I really need is a clean room, washed white with stillages slotted along one wall to store all these pots in, that’s another feature my dream, future studio will have.
