Steps:  ✅ figure out your maintenance calories by multiplying your body weight by 14 and 16  ✅ the number you get multiplying by 14 is for someone not as active  ✅ the number you get multiplying by 16 is for someone super active. If you aren’t sure which one, you can go somewhere in the middle of both numbers.  ✅ Then subtract your deficit.
