Introducing purple jowar idli – fermented with whole jowar and infused with purple cabbage for a pop of color and a unique flavor. Deliciously nutritious and packed with goodness. 🍽️ 

Ingredients:
2 cup whole jowar 
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tbsp fenugreek seed

Wash rinse soak 6-7 hrs, Grind it coarsely.
Cover and rest overnight or 9-10 hrs for fermentation process.
Add 1 tbsp salt , then divide the batter into 2 portions 
Chops the purple cabbage( 1/4) , soak in salt baking powder water for 15 minutes.
Then blend it make a smooth puree.
Add the idli batter, mix well.
Pour it on oil greased idli plate.
Steam 12-15 minutes.
Enjoy with Chutney/Sambar
