My son loves dinosaurs and wanted this cake for his birthday. I found several similar ones but they were very cut looking and I wanted it to be organic I used swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, I did use the blue sparkle gel over the blue buttercream to really look like water. I purchased a set of dinosaurs off of Amazon for the cake.
