This is one of the best breakfast option if you’re in a hurry but want something delicious breakfast meal

✅save the recipe and try it later

In a blender jar add
1 cup suji/semolina
1 cup curd
1 tosp soaked poha
1/4th cup water
Blend it into a fine paste
There is no need to rest this batter, you can make instant dosas out of it by adding 1 tsp baking soda or 1 tbsp fruit salt

Coconut chutney:

2 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp roasted chana dal
1/2 cup fresh coconut
1 inch ginger
2 green chillies
Grind into a fine paste by adding water

Now to make a tadka

In a tadka pan add some oil and crackle some mustard and cumin seeds along with some curry leaves
Now add this tadka on chutney and mix it well
