Learning these types of footwork is a great way to improve your fitness, balance and coordination. You can then challenge yourself by picking your favourite footworks and putting them back to back in short skipping workouts. This is something I use to do often when I first started learning how to Jump Rope. It was a great way to build practising into a 5-10 Minute window, 2/3 x a week.
