In this video, I’m showing you exercises to strengthen your quadriceps and glute muscles and, some exercises to stretch tight quadriceps and calf muscles. For the squats, step ups and step downs, you can do one to three sets of 10 reps each. For the quadriceps and calf stretches, hold the stretch for 30 to 90 seconds and repeat 3 to 5 times each. Do the exercises in comfortable range, such that it does not flareup your pain.  The information in this video is for educational purposes only.
