Kumbhalgarh also known as the Great Wall of India is a Mewar fortress on the westerly range of Aravalli Hills, in the Rajsamand district near Udaipur of Rajasthan state in western India. It is the second-longest wall of the world after the Great Wall of China.

Kumbhalgarh (literally "Kumbhal fort") is a Mewar fortress on the westerly range of Aravalli Hills,in the Rajsamand district near Udaipur of Rajasthan state in western India. Built during the course of the 15th c.by Rana Kumbha.Kumbalgarh is situated 82 km northwest of Udaipur by road. It was the most important fort in Mewar after Chittorgarh Fort.Built on a hilltop 1100m above sea level on the Aravalli range,the fort has perimeter walls that extend 36 km.
