Maker's Mark Bourbon is releasing a new standard $50, one-liter bottling at a new proof exclusively for Global Travel Retail.

Maker's Mark is a premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon, produced in Loretto, Kentucky. It can be commonly found at bars, stores, and restaurants throughout the United States. It has a very sweet flavor, and is caramel in color. Maker's Mark is a wheated bourbon which means that rye is replaced with wheat. Julian "Pappy" Van Winkle is said to have taught Bill Samuels a thing or two about whiskey making.
