The wait is over, we're looking at 90-degree temps later this week. Though very hard and dense, our White Maple is a very light-toned wood with a creamy smooth grain flow. Our special finish for this wood bleaches the wood even more pale, and prevents it from yellowing. As final protective coating we apply our hard-wearing new Velvet - almost ultramatt - poly lacquer.

Pine is an inexpensive, lightweight wood that can be yellowish or whitish with brown knots. It's often used for rustic pieces, like farmhouse-style tables.
