This post I discuss how to digest an HPI and hopefully help you improve your writing. HPI's are one of the hardest things to grasp as a new scribe/medical professional. You are learning new language, how to take what a person is saying and turn it into a cohesive story with medical jargon, and as a scribe, learning to listen and type. It's a whole new set of skills that require a lot of practice and a large learning curve. Hopefully this helps shed some light in your process.
