13 · Mary's coffee cake is a special occasion cake with its praline crunch! It's indulgent, bittersweet, impressive and (shhh) easy. You can always skip the praline if you would like a more everyday cake. You can even smuggle in a few walnuts! You will need two 20cm/8in loose-bottomed deep cake tins.

Daisy Cake - You can purchase those flowers already made. Instead of a fondant ribbon you can use fruit by the foot. It doesn't get easier than this.
