I love making these Triple Layer cards and usually stamp the images but when I saw this gorgeous Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper, I knew I wanted to used it for this card.

I used a new die(new to me) from Impression Obsession called Heart Stems along with a banner die and coordinating sentiment from Simon Says Stamp, Tilted Banner and sentiments. I die cut twice with glossy paper and colored the heart portions with poppy parade, real red and melon mambo markers. I placed a pop up dot(or piece of one) behind each heart and randomly placed them on the card. I gathered all the stems and adhered a piece of scor tape over all the stems (hidden underneath the…
