It's an expanding, polyurthene based foaming vinyl. Prior to the transfer process it looks like regular heat transfer vinyl. During the transfer process its specialty unfolds. IT EXPANDS and results in a very special Puffy surface effect. There is slight pulling up of the fabric that increases the puffy look and feel of the finished design.
