This year we will be using a clip chart to help manage classroom behavior. All students begin each day on green - Ready to Learn. The students will move their clip up or down depending on their choices that day. Behavior monitoring- a star incentive board. Students receive 5 stars at the beginning of each week and they need to follow the rules and complete work to keep their stars. At the end of the week, students who kept their star receive an "I am a superstar certificate". WORKS LIKE A CHARM and so simple to do! I invented this about 5 years ago and have been using it since! So one of the things on my summer to do list is to make the behavior clip chart. Here is a few pictures of what I have done so far. My question is --- how do I hook them together? I have seen them put together with the rings, or put onto ribbon. I really like the ribbon idea, but will it lay flat? And how do you adhere the cards to the ribbon?
