Quinoa with corn and scallions This is the first time I've had quinoa. I liked this recipe for the crunch and sweetness of the corn as well as the texture of the grain. My family wasn't too crazy about it, but they are kinda picky. I may not make this exact recipe in the future, but I will be on the lookout for more quinoa recipes. :)
