This easy baked Italian shrimp is made wish just shrimp, butter, fresh lemon and dry Italian seasoning for a delicious appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients 1 1/2 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 stick butter 1 lemon, sliced thin 1 pack dry Italian seasoning packetDirections1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line jelly roll pan (with sides) with nonstick foil.2. Melt butter in the oven on the lined cookie sheet. Lay lemon slices on melted butter. Lay shrimp on top of butter and lemons. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix on top of shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.Adapted from Just a Pinch
