We've created this toad abode for a toad that we're being given to keep the slugs and snails under control in my small garden!
My partner hollowed out a tree stump and put a roof on top using reclaimed timber. Most of the log is buried and I've added wood mulch and loose earth to burrow in, inside. We created a pond with a washing up bowl, it has rocks inside and surrounding so a toad can get in and out (all washed off water before use) and I've added rain water and oxygenating pond weed. :)
