Clapham Common Underground Station

Architect of the 1924 surface building: Charles Holden. Northern Line The central island platform dates from 1900 and is one of only two remaining on the network (the other is at Clapham North). Holden re-designed the surface building with glazed dome in preparation for the extension to Morden.
