4 flights later, I arrived at a small city in Rajasthan called Udaipur. Udaipur, known as the “City of Lakes,” is comprised of lakes and lavish royal residences including City Palace (more on this later) and the exquisite Taj Lake Palace (where we stayed). It’s kind of like the Venice of India.
