1. Exfoliate every 3 days and 2 days before your appt.

2. Moisturize your skin to help prevent dry skin and minimize ingrowns or breakouts.

3. Hydrate and drink plenty of water! Staying hydrated helps the hair being removed come out easier (meaning less painful)

You can also take ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to your appt to help with inflammation
