Tourist attraction in Winchester
Unfortunately, most of the features of this chapel are not the original 14th Century ones as heavy restoration took place in the 1800's where the policy was rather to replace than repair. It is also far too small to house the whole school at once.

Winchester’s origins can be traced back to 1179 and it has existed in its present location for over 600 years thus claiming the longest unbroken history of any school in England.
Built in the 14th Century, this was where beer was produced and drunk by all members of the College instead of water which was not fit for drinking. It was converted into The Moberly Library in the 1930's.
