Yat's B&B recipe 2 tbsp butter 1 can sweet corn 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 red pepper, diced 1/4 c un-sweetened/flavored almond milk 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper S&P A few splashes hot sauce Melt butter in a lg pan over med heat. +corn and saute for ~10mins. +brown sugar, saute for about 2mins, stirring constantly. + black beans & red pepper, saute until warmed, ~2mins. +remaining ingredients. let simmer until sauce thickens, ~3mins. Enjoy!
