Ramadan Reflections: Day Twenty Nine Now that this Blessed month is about to be over, lets not forget to continue our good habits from Ramadan and not stop them just because Ramadan is over. Lets continue praying our 5 daily prayers everyday, lets continue striving to do good and refrain from whats wrong and lets try our best to become better Muslims even outside the month of Ramadan.

Ramadan Reflections: Day Twenty Six Keep husn adh-dhann bi Allah (good expectations from Allah). When you ask, remember you are asking the Most Generous King. If you hope for the best, He will give you the best. Dont hold back. Trust in Him, pour out your heart in front of Him, and let no doubt, no barrier, no evil thoughts keep you away from ar-Rahman, ar-Raheem! Sh. Tawfique Chowdhury

Ramadan Reflections: Day Twenty Five Indeed, my Lord is near and responsive." Quran (11:61)    Prepare a short dua list. Remember this is as awesome as it ever gets for a servant of Allah! The Night of Qadr, of Destiny! Consciously pick each and everything you crucially wish for in this dunya, in your deen, family, and in your aakhirah! Ramadan Reflections: Day Twenty Four Dont neglect your family! The Prophet (upon him be peace) made it a point to wake up his wives throughout these nights! And yes, your children are not too young to stay up some part of the night - if they can be allowed to play video games or watch TV, they can be inspired to be up at least for sometime! Prepare them, make them excited, plan some activities for them to do! - Sheikh Tawfique Chowdhury.

Ramadan Reflections: Day Twenty Three The Night of Destiny In the name of God, the Lord of Mercy, the Giver of Mercy  [1] We sent it down on the Night of Destiny. [2] What will explain to you what that Night of Destiny is? [3] The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months; [4] on that night the Angels and the Spirit* descend again and again with their Lord’s permission on every task; [5]There is all peace that night until the break of dawn.  *The Angel Gabriel.

On the authority of Al-Miqdaam ibn Maadiy-Karib who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah saying: "No human ever filled a vessel worse than the stomach. Sufficient for any son of Adam are some morsels to keep his back straight. But if it must be, then one third for his food, one third for his drink and one third for his breath."
