Chanel. I love the extremes in this dress. The sleeves are large and very emphasized, the waist is very small and accentuated with lots of gems and stones to make it a focal point while also giving the illusion of more voluptuous hips, and the neckline is very low. All these elements seem to work together instead of against each other and becoming a distraction.
