Crunchy Garlic Lentil Snack -1/2 cup dried lentils -1/2 Tbsp. sunflower oil -1/2 tsp. garlic powder -1 tsp. red chili pepper flakes -1/2 tsp. oregano -Salt and pepper, to season Cook lentils at simmer after bringing to boil in pot. Drain and toss with all ingredients. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes, flipping once.
