Steak in oven
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. -Place 1 1/2 lbs of Skirt Steak in a glass baking dish. Cut strips the length of the dish so the meat doesn't overlap or fold over itself. Skirt comes in 4"-5" wide, long strips usually. -Sprinkle the juice of half a lime over the entire steak. -Sprinkle steak generously with Kosher Salt. -Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes for medium steak. -Let meat cool for 5-6 minutes before slicing thinly as shown above.
