Chocolate Ganache Ingredients: • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup cocoa powder • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 1/4 cup unsalted butter • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Heat the cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer but does not reach a boiling point. 2. Mix the cocoa powder and sugar: In a separate bowl until the mixture is well combined. 3. Slowly, I pour the hot cream into the cocoa powder mixture, continuously whisking to prevent the formation of lumps. 4. Add the butter and vanilla extract, stir until the butter is fully melted and incorporated, add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. 5.
