You'll never want to eat them at IKEA again. In a bowl, add one pound of ground chuck, one pound of ground pork, three diced shallots, a half cup of chopped parsley, one cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, a fourth teaspoon of allspice, a fourth cup of heavy whipping cream, two whisked eggs, three cloves of minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all together until it's well combined then get a two tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the meat, and roll it into meatballs. Then in a pan on medium heat with oil, brown the meatballs on all sides. Set them aside and then in the same pan, whisk together 4 tablespoons of butter, and a fourth cup of flour. Then add in one cup of Chardonnay, two cups of beef stock, a fourth teaspoon of all spice, salt and pepper to taste, a half cup of heavy whipping cream, a third cup of sour cream, and soy sauce to taste. Then add in your meatballs and let them cook for about five minutes in the sauce. When serving, lay down a bed of mashed potatoes, add the meatballs and sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
