We Are Not Just Working Out, We are Training   So, I just finished week one of a 16-week strength program. It’s on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.   That seemed weird to me at first, as I’m used to working out about 5 days/week.  But, by Wednesday night, it all started to make sense as I saw how my body started to feel.
