Last year I discovered the wonderful world of avocado toast . I don't know why it took me so long to try avocados, but I'm so glad that I did! Avocado toast is absolutely delicious. It's my go-to for a quick and easy healthy breakfast. It's versatile and can be topped with a variety of ingredients.
