2 cups grated red carrot

- mix and cook till sugar melts and the mixture becomes sticky and less liquidy 

1/4 cup chopped pistachios 
5 cardamom crushed 
pinch of salt 

- finish and let cool before forming ladoos 
- silver coating is completely optional but recommended
