How to cook meat in oven, or grill and/or smoke meat ( I use charcoal & hickory wood chunks for smoke...using mostly my store bought rubs, etc) When smoking meats remember :”low and slow, temps usually 200-250 as per recipe" - and buy a good digital meat thermometer. NEVER use charcoal lighter fluid! Indirect heat for smoking food, otherwise you are grilling.
