RHUBARB SLUSH 8 cups rhubarb 8 cups water 3 cups sugar 1 cup lemon juice 1 box strawberry jello (small box) 2 cups vodka or gin 7-up Cook all ingredients until mushy. Add jello. Strain through collandar. After cool, add vodka or gin. Freeze in ice cream pail. Serve in cups - scoop slush into cup and add 7-up.
