The Costume Gallery of the Pitti Palace in Florence says this is a wedding dress made in Naples between 1876 & 1878 1870s Fashion, Edwardian Fashion, Vintage Fashion, Historical Costume, Historical Clothing, Historical Dress, Vintage Gowns, Vintage Outfits, Corsage

This seems to be the same dress, but in the first picture, there is a pale blue insert on the bodice using (apparently) the same material as the skirt & cuffs. The Costume Gallery of the Pitti Palace in Florence says this is a wedding dress made in Naples between 1876 & 1878 (photo: Marcello Bertoni). The picture on the bottom was taken by a tourist, Joseph Hilsey, for his blog, Material World, and is described as "Yellow and cream striped silk over pale blue underskirt, ca. 1878."
