В сковороде нагреваем растительное масло и бросаем по 1 квадратику. Сразу достаём на бумажное полотенце. Крабовые палочки и огурец нарезаем соломкой. Добавляем икру мойвы или майонез. Авокадо нарезаем кубиком. В рисовую чипсину выкладываем начинку, авокадо, посыпаем кунжутом и поливаем соусом унаги по-желанию. Едим сразу. Приятного аппетита!

1hr · 4 servings APPLE PUFF PASTRY DESSERT Ingredients: • 2 Green Apples • 6 tablespoons Honey • 6 teaspoons Pistachios (Ante Pistachios) • 6 pieces Puff Pastry Sheets • Instructions: • - Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish. Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. Remember to leave some space between them) • - Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top. • - Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. • - After baking, flip the desserts and serve by dusting powdered sugar on top. • Bon appétit! (S)

SMOKED SALMON BAGEL DIP Ingredients: 2 cups (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Toppings: 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion 1 tablespoon capers 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1/2 of a large lemon) 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill For Serving: Lemon wedges Bagel crisps Cucumber slices Instructions: 1. Add the ricotta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Spread the whipped cheese onto a serving platter.
