Pinner: Just tried this awesome arm workout with weights that says it will get rid of flabby arms. Uses just weights. I found my arms worked harder if I was standing up. Do all 3 exercises 20 times with 1 arm then move to arm.
Display many photos with an old frame, wire, and clothespins. PERFECT use for the huge frame I just took apart for the girls hair bow holder! (instead use coloring for clothespins and frame! Glitta it up)
