Jenny Brennecke on Instagram: "🐘🐘🐘 Incorporate elephant walks for a great warmup for the posterior chain and superficial back fascial line. 🙌 There are plenty of ways to do elephant walks, and this is the variation I prefer! Progress by lowering that box and eventually taking it down to the floor!! Start with 2 sets - 10-12 reps each leg. It’s important to determine if you truly have tight hamstrings or just nerve tension down the sciatic nerve that makes your brain 🧠 PERCEIVE tight hamstrings. Most who have tight hamstrings and/or nerve tension have a poor control of their pelvic mobility - specifically posterior / anterior tilting of the pelvis.
