Oak Island Mystery
In June of 2019, another lead cross from the16th Century was unearthed in New Brunswick...very similar to the cross found on Oak Island...similar enough, according to Laird Niven during a COULD IT BE Podcast back in May 2020, the two crosses are currently being studied together!
The show has been the epicenter of controversy since its conception, and producers had to bring in a legitimate archeologist to quiet the neigh sayers. Laird Niven is a well recognized and esteemed Nova Scotian archeologist, and when any kind of discovery is made, it is he who determines the artifact's worth. That said, Niven has come under fire for his unconventional methods of digging up land in search of treasure. thethings.com
